NEW FEATURES TO VERSION 1.00

20/05/1997 Library first released
17/06/1997 Bug fix: WriteDefaultLicense under the 32-bit version of the
                    library caused a license file to report itself as
                    'tampered' with if the function was called and the
                    license file already existed. Now fixed.



NEW FEATURES PLANNED FOR FUTURE RELEASES

     -     Make the license files of both the 16 and 32-bit versions of the
           library compatible so that 16 and 32-bit applications can share
           the same license file. Currently this cannot be done because of
           the way 16 and 32 bit operating systems store file date/time
           information: it is completely different and incompatible with no
           ability for conversion from one to the other.
